DS DATA SYSTEMS GmbH was founded in the year 1994 and has continuously been fully in family ownership. As an owner-managed company, this gives us the independence to act autonomously and manage our business over the long term – the basis for continued success and sustainable client relationships. We have developed into a globally-acting company that advises and audits medium-sized businesses as well as large corporations, public authorities and other public institutions.
For over 30 years, we have been working in partnership with our partners and clients for our mutual success – always adding the family atmosphere that goes far beyond business relationships.

DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001
As a trusted service provider, we naturally place heavy emphasis on our integrated management system (IMS), based on the principles of quality and information security management.
We have been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2001 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 since 2019. In this way, we meet the requirements of the international ISO standards for quality and information security management systems. We are thus committed to a permanently high and verifiable quality standard.
To ensure the effectiveness of our IMS and to achieve continuous improvement, we we conduct regular reviews in the form of internal audits. In addition, conformity with these standards is verified annually in independent external audits by an accredited certification body.

VdS certified according to DIN 14675 “Specialist company for fire alarm systems”
Since 2017, we have been a VdS-certified “specialist company for fire alarm systems” in accordance with DIN 14675 for phase 6.1 planning and phase 6.2 project planning.
VdS stands for “trust through safety” and is an independent and recognized German institution. In Germany and internationally, it is known for its high standards in the testing and certification of fire protection and security products. DIN 14675 specifies the requirements for the installation and operation of fire detection and fire alarm systems in and on buildings, taking into account building regulations and fire brigade-specific requirements.
